#1800640: Removing facet doesn't work in alpha9 using Apache Solr Integration module
#1861786: Fix base path issues

views pager support will be fixed when #1777714: Don't modify the query path lands.
@nick_vh: how about the issue on rewriting date facets properly? it would be nice to have, but as its more about aesthetics than functionality we can also postpone it
