When the module installed, a feed content type should be created automatically. This will make the module easier to install and use for the beginners.

At the DRUPAL-5 line this feature is implemented.
If you don't like to wait for the next release, you can grab the next daily build from here: http://drupal.org/node/170875 (this feature is available in the packages generated at/after 5th of September)
