#2220911: Include new vocabulary view / edit pages (Wed, 19 Mar 2014 07:04:28 +0000)
Creates a view page and a front end edit form for vocabularies.

For example: Vocab Blog categories with the machine name categories, would get two new menu items

taxonomy/vocabulary/categories
- access is granted via either permissions "access all vocabulary pages", "access categories vocabulary page".

taxonomy/vocabulary/categories/edit
- access is granted by "administer taxonomy" permission
