Alias not generated properly

Issue Summary

I have my alias pattern as offers-deals/[node:title]/[random:number] .. but when I try to create a node, the alias won't be generated. When I check the url alias setting, it shows this ..

So I check "Generate automatic URL alias" and save node. It did update my alias, but when I edit the node, I realize that URL path setting revert to the same situation and the box was unchecked again ..

I tried reinstall the module but the same thing persist. Not sure what is wrong here ..
