Hi,
I am trying to put an image with the credit card logos on the footer of my site but have run into a few issues. It created a new block and inserted the image using HTML

I then placed the block in the footer and it does show however it is half off the bottom of the page. I just need to be able to position it to where I want within the footer. I´ve tried editing the local.css file and that made some changes but no matter what I did it would just either disappear from the page or stay in the same position.
Can anyone please suggest the best way to active this? Simply putting an image in the footer of the webpage and being able to position it correctly.
Thanks!

You can see the image down the bottom. I did manage to move it up perviously modifying the css but then he top of the image was cut off as it seems to be outputted in a region called footer-inner which is smaller than the grey footer region which can be seen visually on the website.
Any help would be much appreciated.
many thanks

The issue with your footer looks like it stems from:

you shouldn't edit the local.css file directly
use a subtheme with a custom.css file
the above protects your customizations when the theme in use is updated by the devs

I have now almost solved this issue but the tops of the images within the footer region are still being cut off. It is because they are within the footer-inner region and there is a border or margin between footer-wrapper and footer-inner but I can´t seem to remove this margin as none of my files actually contain the element footer-inner so it seems it is being automatically created. Can anyone please tell me how I might edit this?
