Getting this error everywhere ...

user warning: Table 'MyDatabaseName.panels_info' doesn't exist query: SELECT * FROM panels_info WHERE path = 'admin/settings/page_title' in C:\wamp\www\drupal\includes\database.mysql.inc on line 172.

Yes, the table "panels_info" is not there the first time install the module. Done update.php too.

I believe this has to do with the Meta Tags module (nodewords)

Yes, confirmed after enable/disable the Meta Tags module (nodewords). Will find out from the other side.
