If upgrading from 6.x.1.2, note that the area for administering the "basics" tab for content types has moved and is now accessible on the admin page for each content type.

Release notes
First stable release for D6. Includes numerous recent fixes and improvements.
If you are upgrading from the dev release, ensure that you first update the Tabs module, http://drupal.org/project/tabs, which is a dependency, to the latest stable release.
The most significant change was #411330: Moving CCK Fielgroup tabs to heavy #pre_render call, which fixes many errors caused by the premature altering of form structures. The module should now be much more stable and less error prone.
