Incorrect translation from @count to %count

Description
I found that the incorrect translation from @count to %count cause of the comments counter which
have more than 1 commenter is displayed "%count ความคิดเห็น" rather than "2 ความคิดเห็น".
I have been attatch the patch file which correct this translation.
