The following error occurs when group node is chosen as a node type while adding vocabulary.

group node belongs to organic groups module (og)

Fatal error: Duplicate entry '0-1' for key 1 query: INSERT INTO term_access VALUES (0, 1, 1, 0, 0, 1) in database.mysql.inc on line 125

2)

also no checkboxes was present next to vocabularies as stated in cvs version 1.23

this happens after the vocabulary and terms was added. Not sure if the module has issues with og module

I fixed #1, and for #2 are you looking in the category permissions page for the checkboxes?

Also try the latest CVS, I just updated it to a dropdown instead of checkboxes, it's much more useful that way.
