Hi guys,
this module earn a lot of attention because of Open Atrium, bringing it to more than 3K sites, but for more than a year, he doesn't had any commits, and the issues doesn't receive feedback.

As you can see in http://drupal.org/project/issues/casetracker, the module is still in Drupal 6 only, despite the fact that a port was offered in last December, leading the proponent to create a repository on Google Code(http://drupal.org/node/678838#comment-5357952), just because he didn't get answer from the maintainers.

With a patch from other user(http://drupal.org/node/678838#comment-5919146), and some other fixes, the module is fully functional for D7(http://drupal.org/node/678838#comment-6149064), and more than this: i have a totally renewed module, inspired by Case Tracker, created on top of Entities and D7 magic and could be a great improvement for Case Tracker users, that i'm almost creating another project for this module in D.O., because i don't think that this lack of maintenance issue will be resolved.

I proposed to be a co-maintainer too, http://drupal.org/node/1643708, and tried to contact via Twitter and email with the commiters and the project owner, but without success.

Which do you think is the best way that we can solve this?
