The link at the end of a page

Hi,
I found that when you have a link in about the end of a page, the scrollbar is set at the end of the page, just (about) a half of the Websnapr module appears. The scrollbar sets its position as if the page is longer, but page can't scroll either. At that time, if I move a cursor just a little bit to the bottom, just few pixels under the link, the scrollbar will start cycling between those two page heights. I am sorry for my English but it not easy for me to describe those technical details.
