2. Who can delegate sub accounts to recruiters/HR department for candidate search
Freelance recruiter/ or HR thsi works like HR of employer but only thing is he doesnt belong to any employer and cannot delegate/create sub accounts
1.Who has paid subscriptions like an employer.
2.can search candidates.
3. Do a follow up from within site like shortlist, schedule interview, conduct interview, submit interview report, select/reject,issue offer letter(may be too much, but thats what I want to do)

A separate Address book kind of application required
this database will be updated by:
1.candidate: when filling the personal address
2.candidate:when ever he/she is creating a new work experience
3.Employer: when filling the profile/registering
4.Recruiter while filling profile/registering
5.While posting a job
*Believe me this is a mountain very difficult
1.This will be usefull to auto populate fields and create new if required
2. Usefull to auto populate organisation/company details when creating jobs rules can be used to set values
Anonymous users can see a job title and country but not any other details.

The immediate objective right now is getting a stable beta release ready but I will come back to this and consider each feature request subsequent releases.
