Database accepted length: 255
Form accepted length: 128 (drupal default)

How to correct? Set the #maxlength of the form field "$form['redirect']['redirect']" to 255.

I think drupal's default length is tooo limited. I have had problems very often with this. Therefore 255 should be the much better value!
