Help with accessing Product fields for use with Rules

I want to create a Rule that would fire up a specific action whenever a user buys any product. The problem is: I have to pass a parameter to the function that will be called upon triggering the rule and this parameter has to be a single property of the product being bought. Please help me figure out how to do it.
