So I just changed the format of my header and footer to .gif. Thought that might have been the issue. But unfortunately, It was not. My header and footer refuses to load in IE or Netscape (according to a friend). What is the problem? o_O

Is the site up anywhere I can take a look at it? Just saying it's not working doesn't help much in finding the problem :)
