Somebody please replicate this problem and tell me it's not just me.
Step1
- Add a CCK Date (not datestamp) field to a content type.
- For Granularity only use Year, Month, and Days.
- Select list or Jscalendar for your date picker.
Step 2
Create content and make the date something other than today.
Step 3
Navigate to Views
Page : Provide Page view
View Type : Teaser List
Arguments : Select the date you just chose as the argument
Argument Default : Any of the Summary Views will be fine.
Option: Summarize by Day
Now just navigate to the view you just made and see if the link it takes you too is actually the day after or before.
Thank you for trying this. Please report back! :)

Issue Queue?
It appears this is definitely a problem. Have you tried using the development version of the date module and submitted an issue to the date issue queue? http://drupal.org/project/issues/date

Thanks for everyones help,
Thanks for everyones help, and yes the Dev version produces the same errors. Anyone else want to try? I posted this over at the Date bug/support request. I'm sure the maintainer is very busy, but this shouldn't be too much of an issue.
