This is one of the first Drupal sites that I did, it's 4.7 still and is pretty basic. The custom theming was somewhat of a challenge. Let me know what you think.

That is a great site. What did you use for modules? I'm also curious where you use certain modules and such. I'm trying to develop my first drupal site and it's kicking my butt.

Thanks John, it's a fairly simple site. I used CCK mostly, as well as some of the other core modules. Views is a must for listing news articles and events, TinyMCE for WYSIWYG functionality, IMCE for image uploads, Webforms for the contact form. Good Luck.

Glad you liked it. I didn't like the way the event module displayed the events list so I used views. There was quite a bit of themeing involved.
