The FAQ from the original project:

Of course not.

That sounds like a clear dependency on Bad judgement, which is missing from the .info file.

I don't like depending on modules that don't have a stable release. Bad Judgement for Drupal 7 seems a little immature for me, it is only at rc39.

Bad Judgement 8.x-2.0 is the 7.x release btw.
