Issue Summary
I often find a design requirement is to have styled blocks / regions the same height calculated by some js.
It would be nice to have this as an option to turn on in the module configuration and then (if enabled) include in the UI. Maybe a checkbox next to each row to have the columns in said row set to an equal height.
Omega does this nicely for an example, if there is enough traction on this request I can probably put together a patch...

I find this very interesting and necessarily.
Is someone working on this or is there a solution? for panels?
Thank you

There are other missing pieces in the layout building realm like the inability to put in placeholder regions that take up whitespace but don't receive blocks. Solving that might be easier together with this issue as part of a larger rework of the layout builder. Currently the Spark team is focused on Drupal 8 development however, so not promising any movement on this area in the near future.
