when I update feeds and cron manually and run update.php, I can see parser work fine under aggregator/sources/.
but I can not see them on the front page.

any suggestion?

It is possibly a serious pitfall for feedparser.
the update part has some problem, you can find update information in the source but they are not published.

after several cron jobs, contents can not be refreshed.

Do you have your aggregator-item content type workflow set to "publish" by default?
