The "Quote" (which is capitalized, unlike the default core lowercase hook_link items) has a title of "Jump to the first comment of this posting.", which doesn't make much sense.

Also, there's no need to put a) an H3 in the filter tips, or b) a link in the short filter tips. Under normal circumstances, there is always a link to the filter tips already. Thankfully, that can be turned off by those who don't like it (such as me). However, by forcing a link into the short filter tips, you flummox this (and, anyways, it was in bad form - you manually wrote an [A] when you should have used l()). Combined patch attached.

IMO, however, links should also be capitalised - I don't see why they require special treatment. Core is also inconsistent in this regard as, por ejemplo, the "Add new comment" link is capitalised whereas other links in the comment module are not.

Oh well.
