Port of skipcart to Drupal 4.7 (EC 3.1)

Anyone feel like fixing the 4.7 port for me? I've recently released 5.x-1.10 and it addresses some semi-major issues for users in a shared-database environment (and for users of ECv3.3)

I don't support 4.7 myself (don't use it anywhere) but if anyone feels like posting, I'll gladly take the code and add it to the project page.
