Including files for their class definition is so Drupal 7. Let's use the PSR-0 class autoloader.

I appreciate the work you've done here, but I don't really want to change much in this branch aside from bug fixes.

We need to start a new branch that brings in https://github.com/msonnabaum/xhproflib as a dependency via composer. I'd be very appreciative if you were into working on that :)

Since the registry is now gone from D8, I think this is actually a bug for the current 8.x-1.x branch. Here's an updated patch :)
