In one of my content types if I set a field to 'unlimited' no 'add another item' button shows.
It is strange because it works fine in other content types. Did I disable it somehow? How do I get it to work again?

If I have a cck get locations field in the content type then the button doesn't show. How do I resolve this conflict?
