I am still running a clean drupal 7 & with Zen and MySQL.
This bug keeps coming up.

I need more information than that. Is this actually related to my theme? I don't see any evidence. What page does the error come up on? What version of Zen are you using? What other modules are you using? Have you tested with another theme?
