How to Add Column Headings to View output?

I was wondering if its possible to have column headings for a view output?

I've tried the 'table' view format but unfortunately it's not displaying the headings ...

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

By default is show heading to the view of table format.

Under FIELDS click on the fields Now check "Create a label" .Put your level.And now apply.
