Complete Costumization and .zip downloads

I want a CMS that can be completely costumizable for a portal. I don't need any member sign-ups or comments or anything like that I just want to build a REGULAR site (not a wierd one) something like http://www.cardesignnews.com. Can this be possible? Also, do you have a drupa.zip file I can download?

The site you suggested, http://www.cardesignnews.com, does in fact have member signups. It also has comments in the form of replies to posts in the forum section. Perhaps you should reassess what you are trying to do. If you decide Drupal is what you are looking for, you can download the latest stable release here.
