Would be nice to have option of disable each row(e-mail) on page node/X/webform/emails . Not delete them, just temporary disable.

While I can see the value in this request I'm not sure if this need is common enough to implement into the core module. In your use-case, do you have more than two e-mail configurations? Understanding your use-case might help me understand the need better.
