Just activated CM_theme and went to customize the colors and upon saving it I got the message above. See screenshot.

This is an issue with the Color module, described at http://drupal.org/node/1236098 and http://drupal.org/node/789554

I have added fix in latest commit so that these error messages will not appear. Still need to add several styles to the color preview...

@westis I upgraded to the latest dev release and what I noticed is that if I save the custom configuration initially and then modify the colors that the errors are not showing up.
