If you change workflow state during edit and then preview, your new workflow state is lost

This is 4.5.1 with workflow module and actions.module from CVS (not listed as 4.5 download?)

State is now retained through preview.

Actions from cvs HEAD will work. Since it's currently under active development, I'm not releasing a 4.5.x version of actions; it's a pain to manage releases.
