Hi,
You don't have to report here back every few hours. Apply for a cvs account here. In a day or two, you'll receive a notice if your application has been accepted. Then, you can create a new project and continue from there.
Just my 0.02$.

Just take care to register your project as 'translation' and not as 'module', so others can find it.
And welcome to the community ;-)

Last time I have seen, people were suggested to submit issues with new translations against the templates not the template generator scripts. Please mark this fixed if you managed to get a CVS account.
