When there's text fields inside vertical tabs on forms, the widths and heights are being overridden by the misc/vertical-tabs.css (giving them width: 100%; and box-sizing: border-box; ). See pictures of Textfields before and Textfields after.

Updated the twitter_bootstrap.css. Patch attached.
