I have three separate roles that i want to create 3 diffrent frontpages for?
I have tested the module frontpage, but then i have to click on home when i login to get to the role frontpage.
Can somebody please help me?

how about mysite module? you can set up each for them or simply let them create their own frontpage

This is probably old news by now but passing through I thought I'd comment. How about:
