When using the Access widget across multiple pages, there is a context selector (All Displays, This Display) for both the Access type (e.g. Role) and the specific selection (e.g. Administrator).

In this example, assume I have 2 view pages. I also have 2 roles (Administrator and Editor). When I go to my first view page, I select "role" as my access restriction, and then on the specific role page I select "This Display' as my context. Then, I select administrator.

When I switch to the second view page, I find it set to Administrator. When I change it to Editor, I can go back to the first view page and see it also set to Editor.

You have to actually set the "access" context selector to "This Display" to properly have the individual page's have unique roles.

Either the individual role selector shouldn't have a context selector, or it needs to be fixed so it works as it does other places in the module.

First problem I've come across in Views in a LONG time. Keep up the great work!
