I am looking for a developer to build a small classifieds ads website similar to craigslist. However, this site will be much, much smaller than craigslist (it would be for one city only) and many of the featuers in craigslist will not be needed for this site. Also, all the front-end templates have already been designed. I'm looking for someone to build the backend using your favorite CMS and the existing templates.

Not too complicated
Just thought I'd post to let you know that what you're trying to do isn't very complicated and can be covered pretty much by existing modules. So you're looking more for someone to put the modules together and get things set up than a lot of custom programming. Theming can be complicated, so I'm not counting that. But you shouldn't need much, if any, custom coding outside of the theme.
