I have a content type with two fields of type content_taxonomy. I have selected 'show as link' for both fields.

Neither field shows linked on the full node view.

Neither field shows linked on the list view.

Only one field is available in the list view field select drop down.

I think you are not using the latest dev snapshot of content taxonomy. The checkbox "show as link" has been removed and instead added to the 'Display Fields' settings (tab in content type admin), where you can choose between "as text" or "as link".

Cleanup of old issues. According to maintainer: "active development is only done for the 6.x branch! 5.x is not supported any more".
Open a new issue if this still exist.
