Scald Translations

The "%action any atom marked as %actionable" string sometimes leads to strange strings in English to. Not sure what to replace it with though, the set of actions can be modified by any module implementing hook_scald_actions, so we can't have fix string for the different actions. A kinda hackish way to bypass that would be to pass it through t(), and include something to make sure that PotX see them and thus ensuring they show up on l.d.o ; that way, the strings in French would look like

• Modifier n'importe quel atome marqué comme Modifiable
• Editer n'importe quel atome marqué comme Editable

I'm not sure it's great for the site administrator though ; the goal here is that at some point before beta1, the atom edit form get something a bit like the publishing options on node edit form, where each actions would be its own checkbox. That would probably make the whole experience a bit clearer, and make it easier to grap that for example giving the "Edit" action to an atom, and giving some role the "Edit any atom marked as Editable", you get a wiki like behavior on those atoms ; while useful on its own, the real benefits are obviously when you have for example a module that exposes for example some "Create Derivative", "Change license", "Use commercialy"… And then you can replicate the CC licenses.

With regards to the two strings:

The probably clearer English version of the first string would be:

- Enable MEE for this field to get access to an advance resource management interface. MEE will automatically detect the resources embedded in this field, and allow you to define a few metadata properties on them, e.g. choose if the node should be unpublished if at some point in the future the resource became unavailable.

Which in French would be something like

"Activer MEE pour ce champ vous donne accès à une gestion avancée de vos ressources. MEE détectera automatiquement les ressources intégrées dans ce champ, et vous permet de définir quelques meta-données supplémentaires à leur sujet. Par exemple, vous pourrez déterminer si un nœud doit être dépublié si l'une des ressources utilisées dans le champ venait à ne plus être accessible"

The second one is the description of the MEE module, that wasn't updated yet. A better description would probably be along the line of

description = Allows users to define metadata on atoms that are embedded in text fields

I'm open to discussion on those strings though, I'm not a native English speaker so suggestion for improvements welcome ; I'll wait for feedbacks until tomorrow before committing those new strings.

For "actionnable", could this change make it better?
