Drupal 5.1, My block administration stopped working. Changes made in Admin (blocks) do not work. Block location assignments never seem to be enabled.
I created a test blocl. It never appears on any acreen.
In the Admin Blocks screen my changes do not appear, like they were never saved.
I have two Drupal installations on Bluehost. Both Drupal installations exhibit the same defect.
I plan to delete the Drupal installation and reinstall the see if that fixes the defect.
If a trouble shooter wishes, I will give them my password so that they can examine and diagnoise the defect.

Were your blocks working prior to installation of the module? This module has nothing to do with positioning the block; you still have to do that in the standard block administration. All this module does is give you a different way to set which blocks get displayed for which pages. My guess is that you've added rules to your site that don't evaluate to true. For example, if you set the "type" to "blog" but don't have the globalnode module installed, it won't work. If you'd upload a screenshot of the rules you've defined, I'll take a look and see if anything obvious jumps out at me.
