a published poll doesnt show up in poll block if it is in the submission moderation queue.

in such a case, the poll block is not displayed.

to reproduce:

Use 4.5.2, create node, set "published" and "moderation queue" and create the node.

It is supposed to work this way. Nodes which are "moderated" have to be approved by administrator (in admin/node) or through submission queue before they are visible.
