This release adds many small PHP bug fixes (mostly PHP notices related to form.inc.php) as well as better compatibility with the menu_block and bh_bootstrapmenupath modules. It also changes the default value for the 'type' of the CSS files it provides from 'screen' to 'all'. See issue 1774340 for discussion and a solution (implement hook_css_alter()) if this breaks your child theme.
