Before:
"Visit your themes settings page and configure it to your liking: http://default/admin/appearances/settings/mytheme"

After:
"Visit your theme's settings page and configure it to your liking: http://default/admin/appearance/settings/mytheme"

Patch against 7.x-2.x-dev attached.
