D6 link to Site Information is used in the D7 version of the module. On /admin/config/system/globalredirect under 'Frontpage Redirect Handler' the link should be /admin/config/system/site-information.

Just installed global redirect on a project again, and used this patch, and it obviously still works - please commit it
