I'd like to request addition of user #68985 (thetoast). He is a friend & colleague who has worked with this module before. I'll add him when he gets his CVS account.

Shouldn't this have been posted to the Webmaster queue?

No, this is the proper place for it. It's not something the site maintainer's deal with so no point in putting it in the webmaster's queue.

I posted this here because 'thetoast' was applying for a CVS account and I wanted to make it clear there was actually a point in him applying rather than just for the sake of it.
