At the moment, it is impossible to browse issues on Drupal.org. Upon going to a page listing issues, users receive the message: Fatal error: Call to undefined function: node_is_new() in /home/www/drupal.org/modules/project/issue.inc on line 599

I'm setting this to a "patch" status so it gets sent to the mailing list and receives attention from someone with admin access.
