Menu access checks do not respect Recurly "bundle" access

If you have the built-in subscription pages enabled on nodes, you're able to set a particular node type (bundle) to include the "Subscription" tab. Unfortunately it looks like the bundle-type isn't actually respected in the menu access check, so the "Subscription" tab ends up on all nodes regardless of type. This patch fixes the issue.
