slideshow_creator 7.x-1.11

Added an experimental new feature: thumbnail pager.

This allows you to display a list of slide thumbnails so viewers can select slides by clicking on the thumbnail.

Note: The software (with the usual caveats) is tested and operational in all respects (including the new feature), but the design of this feature is still experimental. I am looking for feedback and if anyone has ideas for improvement, such as better simplicity of extensibility, they might be incorporated even if they require changes to slideshows that use this feature.

Other changes:

You can now include closing "]" in any text field in the slideshow options, providing you escape it with a "\", for example: "title=My [square\] slideshow".

A new admin option is provided to specify a collection of defaults for any tags, either jquery cycle tags or slideshow creator tags, for example: "fx='zoom',ssc_thumx=60,ssc_thumy=45". These are processed first and will be overridden if you specify other values for these tags in individual slideshows.
