Public Mugshot Statistics
It will be good if you could include an option to view the Mugshot Statistics for public or unregistered visitor.
I mean this one:-

Captcha Ability
I'm afraid of spammers. Maybe there's a possibility of spamming through the public mugshot. Maybe you would want to include Captcha ability from Captcha Module

Assume the statistics issue is addressed, newer versions of CAPTCHA module allow insertion of CAPTCHA tests into any Drupal form. You should be able to add a CAPTCHA to the Mugshot form.
