Description

Got it. 1 Question,

When I send an e-mail, (to the subscribers, including me) -- it says:
"Attachments:
untitled-[1.1] 0.3 k [ text/plain ] Download | View
untitled-[1.2] 36 k [ text/html ] Download | View
"

Then I click on view and I see the message.

How do I do it so the message appears without it sent as an attachment?

-------------------

To add to my post on top:

1) Anyway to have it so you can ask for the user's nickname and e-mail at the same time while they subscribe?

2) Anyway to have an automated message sent right away after a user has been subscribed (i.e "Thanks for subscribing...")

3) Finally, If you can do #1 -- How do you do it so in the mass mail it will say Hi "user nickname", Thanks for subscribing etc...
This way you don't need to enter every nickname that was entered into the mass mail

Thanks

Strange, my email clients Thunderbird and Gmail show everything ok. What e-mail client do you use?

1. I can add nickname field easily, but i am not sure the module will need it. Still investigating...
2. It is already done. Day 0 emails will be sent immediately after user subscribing to it! Check it please.
3. See p.1

P.S. Sorry for late answering, i am some kind of busy this days

1) If you think it needs it, or even if you can have it as optional that would be great

2) WebMail is what I use

3) you said see p. 1? Page 1?

hi,

first things first, really impressed with the module, does everything (except one tiny thing) i need for my site really well. the one tiny thing is basically point 1 on the original post, 'nickname' or name field. one of the particular email sets i have created is for business clients i work with, who i am trying to impress, and i feel a more personal touch would really set this off. any chance an optional 'name' field could be created so that each email is headed for that person? i have seen a number of other email modules that have a name field but none of them are anywhere near as perfect for my needs as this one.

thanks
