New Zealand uses Regions not States and Postcode Not Zip

Please find attached region code to add to

modules/addressfield/plugins/format/address.inc

I've added the region codes under the AU States (line 340)

And the NZ Tweaks after the GB tweaks

Patch File is not really suitable so I've just made a txt file that people can use or copy/change for their own country.

Would be grateful if you could add this to your next release.

Dollar_dad,

I'm planning on submitting a patch for the State thing this weekend. I'll roll your approach to it into a proper patch at the same time. I was going to leave it blank as it's not a required field for NZ Postal addresses any more.
