Loss of ICAL settings

Having previoulsy had a calendar working Drupal 5.1 - have now set up a new site using 5.2 and latest versions of views, date and calendar.

When trying to create a calendar I no longer get the ICAL tab when trying to look at the settings (have also lost the setup tab). When I use the default calendar view this has the ICAL and settings tab but when I export it with the new settings I again lose the settings and ICAL tabs and therefore can not set up the ICAL feed.

Any ideas ?
